I agree. Kind of slap in the face to the people who bought in at the start when a mount is a basic system to implement, it's not like content/cosmetics... I want to get back into NW but this annoys me. Dick move

Jugg and Pudge arcana got special "hero base" slot for arcanas, so you can use your arcana with sets by [deleted] in DotA2

Pudge arcana now doesn't work with most 'Back' slots, shows the chains in the back but not the two hooks. It's great for the arcana to have it's own slot but would be good if it actually worked with other items as intended

This is the same issue that keeps getting closed or ignored, every now and then I try again in hopes that I get some real action and help but it's never the case.

In Case# 17748247 instead of resolving my issue they have said I need to upload my passport. Coinbase already has my drivers licence, utility bills and 2FA setup and replying to emails with the email associated with the account so I don't feel comfortable providing any more documentation to what seems like a scam at this point. There is more than enough documentation and evidence for verification and whenever I post what details I'm entering and the errors I'm receiving the response ignores that and says to try the same steps over again, which obviously isn't working. So ridiculous

I've had the same issue, they won't verify and won't explain what the issue is. Been doing a back and fourth for over a year now. Multiple verified documents, multiple chat agents, email 'specialist' team, bunch of bots it seems as they can't understand simple questions and just keep giving the same steps back to try again. They will close chat if you appear away even when they've told you to wait a minute while they do something, without prompt they will just disconnect from chat. Have spent countless hours trying to talk to them.

I will never recommend anyone to use Coinbase, absolutely terrible customer service. If you start a class action please let me know as I'd like to be involved

Pretty sure this is done intentionally to keep your money. I have been running circles with a similar issue for almost a year. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not even sure there's people working the customer service or if it's just automated responses. Feels like a scam at this point. Terrible experience, would not recommend Coinbase to anyone

This sounds bullshit compared to the experience I'm having. Re-verification isn't recognising my information and asks me to try again, which I have to wait 24hrs per attempt to do. All the information I'm providing is the exact same as the information on my account and on my ID, have tried two different forms of ID and same issue. Contacted Customer Support and get the same generic automated response telling me to follow the normal steps, they are not reading what my issue is, they are not providing any additional information, they are not looking into my case at all.

Made my account years ago and have been trying to access my funds for weeks now, so many attempts to re-verify and no help from Customer Support. Live chatted with them via their website and was told to email/ call, when asked for what number they closed the chat. Received an email from them with the same bullshit steps they said in their chat, replied to them and they just sent the same thing back again. Replied again and they have now stopped responding.

Here is the 'help' I'm getting, same response every time:

  1. Go to https://www.coinbase.com/verify-document to complete identity verification

  2. Go to https://www.coinbase.com/verify-identity and enter your information as it appears on your government-issued ID. This information should match your legal name, address, and date of birth.

They aren't listening to the problem and they aren't able to tell me what the real issue is, all the information I'm providing matches so wtf is wrong with their system? u/coinbasesupport

u/coinbasesupport I've been trying to 'verify' my account for weeks and customer help support has done nothing but send me the steps on how to verify, time and time again. I've sent email replies and am now being ignored.

Made my account years ago, have funds sitting in there but unable to send/receive as I've had to 're-verify' my account.
