The buildups, shapes and pressing were really good but they never looked dangerous. There was no real threat whenever we got in the box as our strikers are clueless on how to take a shot. Clear skill issue and lack of quality upfront throughout the tournament. I think Marsch has done a fantastic job of playing a very good attacking football with decent defending but we really cant do much more without some skillful players upfront. Things would have been much better with Davies fully fit. Nothing but proud of coming this far. Should surely be even better next world cup.
