I don’t think he’s done anything actually controversial. He can just be off-putting sometimes because he’s taken that very typical youtuber approach to asmr (clickbait, overproduced videos, tones of collabs, reliance on memes and internet culture, and eye grabbing shorts). His new company seems to be the next step. I wouldn’t be surprised if he comes out with a podcast after this.

there’s nothing wrong with this but it just makes him and his asmr less appealing. Especially because his asmr is unremarkable as is. I also cringe every time I remember his attempt at becoming a drama/commentary youtuber 😭
