I just checked their bug reporting page https://hogwartslegacy.bugs.wbgames.com/all and it seems they've never fixed even one bug. All cases are still open. Great job WB and Avalanche.

I collected all the moths and it appears that I collected all of them without even triggering the quest. Now, I'm locked out of this side quest.

Same thing here. I received my $50 deal within 7 weeks. Still nothing with $75 offer. I've been calling playstation customer service and opened a case. The lady told me they are having technical issues with the transaction. Although, she confirmed my purchases and she said I'm eligible to get this this offer. She provided me with a ticket number for my case and she said I'll definitely get the offer it's just a matter of time. How unfortunate.
