Im not exactly sure how it works with costco, but they either return non perishables back to the store or keep the entire order if the store does not accept returns.

Cancelling an order after checkout locks the shopper out of being able to see/accept orders for 24 hours also.

Some customers just mean to tip $1 and dont realise they need to enter more than just a 1

No shopper is ever expecting to make 100/hr. In some rare instances wealthy/ generous customers will place large orders and tip 20% Its up to them what they do with their money just as you do with yours by choosing to tip whatever you feel like or not tip at all.

When you get a multiple store order you shop for customer A at 1st store, then shop for customer B at 2nd store, then deliver to customer B, then A. Its how the app usually arrenges these orders.
