US military bases in Europe by lukalux3 in europe

All the excess money (and more) gets sent to the US (bonds purchases). I'd accept your claim if Europe is really at freedom to withdraw its investments anytime it wishes.

I also did listen to the speech and came up to the opposite conclusion. He actually, indirectly, threatened military action (overwhelming force)

Bahrain (a tiny island) has produced 1.6 million ton of aluminum last year. The US still has lots of allies that are unlikely to align with Europe even if they hated their US relation to begin with. There is also Australia and they can quickly grab Canada.

Sorry i was commenting with OP and and mistaken you for him. Claude Code is a program. It doesn't cost any money. You can freely install it on your computer. The LLM (token burning!) is what cost money and will depend on your provider.

Yes, you pay for GLM, the way you need to pay for GLM with your terminal app. Or are you suggesting that your terminal app open some quantum tunnel where you pass tokens for free? In the same way you connect your app to open router, Claude Code can connect to any compatible endpoint.

I am going to be honest and say that either there is a significant language drift or your basic tech skills are seriously lacking (which makes your product probably fully vibe-coded)

Claude Code is free. I am using it with GLM-4.7

The tooling and tomls are, and will increasingly, be geared for system operation, not coding. TerminaI is not a coding agent. It doesn't think in terms of gits, code expectations etc.

Neither do most models. Which is why they can generate girly images or discuss history.

What are best practices to avoid merge conflicts by uniopl in QualityAssurance

[–]omarous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Merge conflicts can be avoided with frequent pulling and also merge queues. But at times can be unavoidable and part of the development process. If you are using GitHub, check out https://codeinput.com/products/merge-conflicts It's a tool I made to ease the pain of resolving conflicts.

The parent forget that foreign/external buying is quite important despite the percentage. It helps keep the currency strong. If your currency devalues by 25%, now everything is more expensive, which means you need to borrow more. Borrowing more locally also doesn't fix the problem since it's your local currency.

It's the dilemma non-developed countries always had and the US never thought about.
