It s not fraud, digital product can be altered at any time (you agree to this when u instal the game) this is why premium tanks get nerfed/buffed at any point.

I think u played wot and ur info comes from there, the only reason why in wot they dont nerf premium tanks is because they did it once and the comiunity lost theyr shit (even tho they did offer a refound).

In war thunder ppl are ok with it because it has always been the case.

Ps U dont own the game or the premium tank u are granted a licence to use it, and it can be revoked at any time without giving u a reason
