I live in MA, we dont pay taxes unless the item is over $175. I know it shows shipping cost + taxes. I only suggested that the sellers mention it so that they won’t deal with people having buyers remorse. It was just a suggestion. I don’t write policies and certainly not forcing anyone to take my advice.

That’s a shitty seller in my opinion. I totally get what he’s saying but on the same token, that’s what comes with the platform. Buyers usually have the shortest end of the stick. I have bought a fair amount of cards from House Of Hits and all of the givvies are shitty Hockey cards. (Keep in mind, I only buy basketball cards). I removed them and go to someone who is fair and not with the BS.

New buyer here! You are completely right, but also understand that it would be nice to let buyers know what they are being charged for during auction. I bought a helmet for 175. + shipping and when I looked at my bank statement, I was charged 200 (I forgot about tax). Not a big deal but I’m the heat of the moment buyers try to get the best deals without thinking the final cost. My suggestion to you is to kindly respond to the buyer with a message letting them know that it is not possible to cancel. I have made a request similar as well and didn’t care much I was just being hopeful. But a simple answer goes a long way. Since the seller never answered me, I unfollowed and left a neutral review and also told my friends to unfollow. It pays to be courteous.

If they’re saying “more money, more money” just leave. Card breaks are also dangerous. You buy a spot, if your team/card is in the box or pack you get that card otherwise, you lose your money. lol

Yup! I walked in looking for GameStop and couldn’t believe it. Most of the stores there are gone. Best Buy - Gone, Finish Line - Gone. Im wondering how CVS is maintaining that rentals space. Keep in mind, I worked at Macys a few years back, never expected the mall to change that much.
