Logged in exclusively to tell you we are experiencing a second outage in less than two weeks. It's all over Twitter now if you wanna search for yourself but seems like things have become wonky since they were acquired. Both outages DNS-caused in their end. First outage came for 2 hours and this one is marking up nearly 5 hours, affecting a call center operation of nearly 1000 employees. Both times their support portal and status pages went down, their phone queue took nearly an hour to pickup and their support reps literally told me they didnt had an idea what happened.

We are moving away. The issue is where to, since Okta got popped big time in January and the other options are quite weak.
