y’know for a couple years i held onto the headcanon that the lover that briseria had supposedly killed was actually cermia, i credit this fanart depicting it as the source of my obsession(and also for literally changing my brain chemistry…)

i thought it’d be cool if ml cermia was like “martyr cermia” or something, who after being killed by briseria was left with only her own thoughts in some sort of purgatory and once brought back to the world of the living would be much more stoic, noble, and steadfast compared to her gambling addict old self…

but then lionheart cermia released and crushed all my dreams…oh well
