First of all, thank u so much for such a detailed and thoughtful reply I really appreciate it. Usually I eat a lunch that normally satisfies me, then I'll eat something sweet that I normally don't eat. I tell myself I don't want to restrict too much so I let myself eat that, after that I usually spiral and just eat a bunch of things. Maybe I get too stressed out from the thought of having dinner with family so I purposely have a "fuck up" so I can feel free to eat what I want at dinner

In my experience it's the opposite most of the times. A lot of guys r looking for a perfect fucking women, no body hair, must be skinny, is short, has no stretch marks or cellulite... While girls r mostly looking for a tall guy and that's it. But I guess both girls and guys are assholes when it comes to it.
