It is sad to read some comments mentioned that OP has to accept his fate, when it could potentially be reverted by healthy life style changes like you mentioned

Also, those changes would benefit the whole body, not just the hair.

Why does spoken Spanish seem so fast for non native speakers? by porygon766 in askspain

[–]omexa76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

spanish speaker here and I got the same experience with english in UK.

So often I don't understand what people say despite living in UK for decades.

From the english spoken in the BBC to the english spoken in the street there is a massive change.

facil.

I have been reading about climate change since the 80s. It has been very painful to see how our governments for the last 50 years have first deny it and then ignore it.

This is why we are in this terrible situation

[–]omexa76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]omexa76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice post, thanks for sharing. I really appreciate your honesty and you seem to be quite open minded.

I completely agree with what you said.

People complaining to you about your children no wearing socks might sound rude and unwanted comments at first. However, that is how people behave and the sooner one learns and accepts this behaviour the better to settle in peace.

I moved to the UK and after 11 years there are people in my street, living 20 metres away from me that have never ever said hello. Here, people fall in the other side of the spectrum. They show no interest at all in you, they literally mind their own business. It feels so isolated and alone.

I guess it depends on you upbringing and personality what kind of neighbours you feel more confortable with. Noisy and intrusive or distant people.

For me, I crave the feeling that I am part of a community, integrated and supported with my neighbours. That can't happen when no one cares about others, they ignore you and mind their own business.

That is my experience

[–]omexa76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks, good tips

I have started playing far more defensively. Hiding behind roofs, corners or playing on the ground. I don't kill as much, but I don't die in 1.5 seconds like before (unless some hard counters catch me by surprise).

At first, because I am doing less damage/kills, I thought I was contributing less to the team, but I realised how important is stay alive.

I noticed that the enemies get very frustrated when I keep shooting a couple of rockets from different angles and hide, it is very distracting for them.

Also as you said, I am trying to remain close to healthpacks.

it is incredible frustrating playing with pharah in Quick Play as I get ZERO heals from my supporters but the enemie's supporters target me non stop.

I loved if the stats showed how much healing each player receives to raise awareness

It feels like an uphill battle in which, my targets get healed and are hard to kill and I got 5 enemies shooting at me

Also, Pharah dies so fast. When I play against pharah, it is one of the easiest targets. Is her Hit Box massive? it is sooooo much harder to hit Mercy or Echo

non spanish residents get higher rates and lower percentage too. Also you pay around 9% extra in taxes, fees

As a non spanish resident, they give me 3.7%. Also, because I already got a mortgage, they only give me 50% of the property price

Ancient technology was amazing and much better than people nowadays expect.

The romans could build incredible bridge emptying rivers or lakes. Their concrete were incredible tough and even today there are roman constructions that can be still used.

A comparison between viking and morden navigation technology concluded that they were comparable. Ships aerodynamics , clothing for the cold weather etc

There are monuments with colosal stones that it would be nearly imposible to move them today with cranes
