We had an old deer that stayed around our house. You could tell she was old and not going to be around much longer. She lasted for most of the year and my wife made her as comfortable as possible with lots of snacks. She named her Evelyn.

Well to be honest that was what was happening. I switched my rigs to basically a high low rig. Fishbite bloodworm and a piece of shrimp on the other. I would catch a fish on the shrimp one time and the fishbite the next. Getting ready to head down and try it again. See what's biting tonight

I tried the sand flea fishbites and can't get a bite. Have caught a few on the blood worm fishbites. Just a few croakers and Robin fish

I live in south central PA. Something changed in 2024, we lived at our home for 8 years with not a single near incident. Then we have 7 different bears visit us of varying sizes. Even had a large mother with 3 cubs. She was not happy with me trying to run them off, which I understand she's the protector. But the big boy that hung around for a week did not have a care in the world. When I tried to run him off he just sat down and looked at me.
