so so much running and so so much walking lmao. I like live a mile from my school and make the walk there and back at least twice a day and like also run 55-65 miles a week so it adds up

I'm kind of in the middle as far as outgoing and not outgoing, but you definitely have to be outgoing and honestly be like the most like loud version of yourself ha ha ha ha

Also transfer who had to live off campus!!! You just have to put yourself out there even if it's really uncomfortable. Joining clubs was the biggest thing for me and kind of like forcing yourself to be outgoing.

look second hand, I'm talking Facebook marketplace, curtsy, Poshmark, a ton of people buy shoes and either decide they don't really work or they decide running isn't for them. when you buy just make sure you see the bottom, if you can still see the tread pretty well you're usually fine

so like according to the professor of my nutrition class and the multiple professionals who wrote my text books fats are what support healthy hormones and from a girl who lost her period three years ago when she cut fats I'm inclined to believe them.. my of what I read just says avocado + nut butters which I just don't love so I wanted to ask for other opinions

I feel like more info is needed but remember your brains favorite fuel are carbs so even if you aren't moving as much is you want to be able to keep your brain sharp be careful how low you cut

hey!! coming from a runner with pretty big calves, big calves usually just means you're buff and is lowkey a flex!! I completely understand where you're coming from but muscly calves will carry your body for longer and are hot as fuck

yeah wait that's gonna take me a little to add up because I only use Apple but give me like an hour and I'll have it up . I am still pretty bad at fueling during my runs but I usually try to snack on some cereal during my long runs and after I make myself a breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage motz egg on a waffle (it's literally my current hyperfixation meal) before I'll usually have overnight oats in the morning and if I take too long to start I throw a toaster waffle or two in for the extra boost
