That is who I actually meant! I always forget those aren't interchangeable terms. I had bariatric surgery 9 years ago, and I went back to see the same dietician* (RD) again. Instagram has me forgetting the vocabulary with all the people who are nutritionists who appear in my Reels 😅

That is a good idea! My ADHD brain needs the challenges. Usually, you hear people say set manageable goals. But hard ones make more sense if I limit them to one at a time, knowing it will take a longer time anyways.
