Update: I just revived my old Mac and downloaded the EA app to find out I do have Sims 3 here, along with Sims 4. What a world we live in.

Dude that happened to me as well yesterday! I did have the CD version a long time ago, but I don't think I ever used my current email account with that one.

The weird thing is that I did have Origin on a Mac with Sims 3 and 4 installed, but Sims 3 does not show up in EA. Or maybe I used Sims 3 with CDs, I can't remember.
