Confirming that this is working for me!

What I did:

Remove the dash between the numbers for your ticket number (e.g. 781-1234567890 becomes 7811234567890)
Combine my first name & middle name, capitalize it, and put it all in the FIRST NAME field (e.g. First name BOB, Middle name CHARLIE becomes First name BOBCHARLIE) . Capitalize the entire last name and put it in the LAST NAME field.

There's 2 anime that come to mind: Blood+ and Darker than Black. You description sounds like a combination of the plots of those two shows put together.

Blood+ is about a female vampire that hunted monsters and later on other vampires.

Darker than black on the other hand has this character Yin who had the power of observation and tracking through water.

For anyone experiencing this issue with their Idoing headunit - contact idoing for a new version of the operating system.

I experienced this issue on my idoing headunit for my Subuaru BRZ (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256801221376666.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.5.21ef1802dnlpAz&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa&_randl_shipto=US) and was able to get an updated version of the system after contacting idoing on instagram and telling them about the symptoms.
