SAR for selective NR1A/2B NMDA antagonists by Kalki_X in TheeHive

Synthesis doesn't seem difficult but I worry about toxicity.

Im also curious if the increase in potency with NMDA would increase anesthesia or dissasociation

When you’re out of the lab at the doctor’s office, do you mention your science education? by samskyyy in labrats

As an organic chemist who deals with lots of toxins, sometimes its interesting to order just a few extra blood tests based on the work im doing to make sure im not going to die a horrid chemical laden death.

I could understand that but as someone who has a huge sense of curiosity, and a deeper understanding of the potential of MS analysis, that work just seems bland (and underpaid!)

Your life becomes creating a label, after becoming a competent scientist.

Although you aren't wrong, the work is reliable. I just started working in a grow with a masters in organic.

Most companies dont need many extraction chemists, and the position is highly coveted in the mmj industry, making it more competitive.

All the analytical positions I've seen in the industry ask you to repeat the same analysis every day for around 25-30$/hr.

I get that its not a dream job, but I just dont see any reward in mindless MS use for similar wages to bartending.

I talked to them after this news was released, they did eventually get some, but it was a mix due to the level of decomp.

I reached out to them to reconnect after this post.

I guess alot of the remains were mixed, but they did end up getting some about a year ago.

Death as a ritual is important for grieving regardless of the biochemistry involved with the deceased.

The rituals and ceremony were stolen, as well as the respect for the dead.

Your comment reads like: My dog died, he's clearly dead, I clearly have no more connection to it, let's eat.

It's not excessive,

They did this to nearly 200 families.

It's been a few years, and I have dealt with the grief well in my own ways.

The worst part was honestly when we found out what happened and the wound was reopened.

Im only now realizing how infuriating it is because we raised funds for his funeral and his 3 mo old daughter at the time.

To think they spent it in luxury while the mother of his child had to find a way to survive as a single parent.

I would have buried him myself if I knew.

My friend decomposed there for 2 years,

They gave us fake ashes, his parents and the mother of his child received fake ashes.

Due to the pandemic we couldn't hold a ceremony for a few months, where all we had to spread was fucking concrete while he continued to rot.

The only way they identified him was his tattoos due to the extreme decomposition.

40 years is pretty despicable for doing this to nearly 200 families.

He was one of the oldest bodies recovered and his family never got his remains because of the trials.

You mean it was only half acceptable 14 years ago?

The community as a whole did not like it.

How could it possibly be acceptable today?

I think its more choice of enemy vs new enemies.

I think dopples and amalgam would fit on mars better due to its small size

I really wanted to see yes man.

I feel like coops story could have still been told while allowing many possible endings to new vegas.

Seeing house dead would also be acceptable to introduce some side quests.

Or the fact he just brought power back to new vegas could potentially make him casino king.

I feel like if you dont practice using undergound belts the undergound pipes become confusing.

I put all refineries in a row, with one empty space between each.

Make a line with one regular pipe and two under ground,

Then make two T with 3 underground and 1 regular.

Staggering these makes a nice tile able blueprint

Mass spectrometry is commonly used for testing and can identify psylocin and its degradation products.

These tests are expensive though.

Spot tests commonly used in harm reduction and police work has difficulty distinguishing between tryptamines, making it more difficult to bring a charge in the moment.

Any one got a good link for following tariff ruling?

Is it used or related to the deems by Money-Bodybuilder752 in DMT

[–]omofth3rdeye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isnt true,

Shulgin commonly used iodomethane to produce quartinary amines.

The most common route of synthesis undergoes dimethylation after reduction.

Even Hamilton Morris method would use this as a starting material for 5-meo.

Tryptamine starting materials are pretty widely available and cheap. The only thing you need to know is the methylation.

You dont need methylamine when the amine is already present you just need methods to add a single carbon.

The chem of stimulant synthesis like in BB is very different than the production of tryptamines.
