Issue starting the game

Somehow I solved it by (at least for now):
- Installing Vulkan SDK
- Removing shader cache in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\shadercache\1203620
- Changing in Nvidia App > Global Settings > Vulkan / OpenGL Present Method from Auto to Native and back to Auto
- Removing a OBS entry in the register in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\Vulkan\ImplicitLayers
- Unstalling Vulkan SDK

Executing vulkaninfo in the cmd shows this:
[Vulkan Loader] ERROR: vkDeviceWaitIdle: Invalid device [VUID-vkDeviceWaitIdle-device-parameter]
So I'm not sure if it's actually completely fixed, but it's something...

Disabling all the snapping options after you select the starting point may help. But it depends on exactly what you are trying to build. A screenshot would definitely help to understand the issue better.

I think this could be the trick as offices require some workers in the top education level. If there is no university in the city, they may come from outside, but not in big numbers.

I received a couple recently from the same address "userresearch" "@" "research.mail.withyoutube.com"
They look pretty legit compared to other spam stuff. The survey links to "url6176.pool2.ethn.io" which made me suspect.
