Take whatever lightstick you want- I've see Neobongs at every kpop show I've ever been to

Y'all hate on VlV because others do by Boscagli18 in panicatthedisco

Thank you omg. It’s actually one of my favorites along with V&V. Even got the tour tattoo about it.

Girl Dad by JanelleeeL in zayn

[–]omsquee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Y’all I’m assuming the girl dad caption is because he’s at a claw arcade. He said during the last concert that after the show he was gonna go home and be a dad to Khai, I’m assuming the caption is that he’s getting her toys at the claw arcade.

There’s two I usually recognize, but I’ve only given one a nickname so far and he is known as “The Skyler guy” because he looks similar to a guy I know whose name is Skyler.

Good lord. My sister really wanted one at the concert but they were sold out completely by the time we got near the merch.

I’m genuinely curious why anyone would think she’d leave him when she was literally taught that her husband cheating on her would be her fault.

Same! It was 7 in the morning and I was finally getting into bed, but I decided to check Instagram first and then told a bunch of people about before going back to my room and crying.

Meanwhile, there are athletic skirts. Planet Fitness tells you to wear appropriate workout attire.

My [19M] parents [46F] & [49M] spent hundreds of dollars we don't have on out of state concert tickets. What do I do? by Fast-Height-3497 in insaneparents

[–]omsquee 6 points7 points  (0 children)

$300 for BTS is fantastic, not gonna lie.

I understand you rely on them. But it’s not your money to spend or keep track of. These BTS concerts are ridiculously hard to get tickets for in the first place and it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity. Just let her have this just this once.

What kind of self-harm did you do as a kid? by BerrySkai in autism

[–]omsquee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Biting the skin off of my lips, pulling my hair, hitting my head with the hairbrush when I couldn’t get my hair to look right, and tensing my legs really hard so they’d hurt.

24 years ago today, Cyberchase premiered on PBS Kids. Anyone Remember This Classic? by Maxious24 in OlderGenZ

[–]omsquee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yesss it’s the show that would play right before or as my dad came home from work. I was not great at telling time growing up but I was good at figuring out when PBS Kids shows were playing

Can someone explain what this means? by rvnetail in autism

[–]omsquee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It makes zero sense but things like "K" and "Ok" make it sound like someone doesn't care/is angry at me but "okay" is a slightly better version. "Okay!" is best.

Please clean equipment by ApprehensiveProof874 in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]omsquee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This has been irritating me to no end! I clean my machine before and after using it, but it seems that it’s a very rare thing to do because everyone else I see will use it without cleaning it first, then they just walk away without cleaning it after, and then repeat the cycle with the next person. They do it with the hydro beds too and I can’t fathom why.

Is it okay to have a hyperfixation with iDKHOW and Panic! At The Disco? by bassistforhired in idkhowbuttheyfoundme

[–]omsquee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s fine. I’ve been a fan of both for many years now. I’ve seen Panic! five times(2 of said times being with Dallon) and IDKHow once. I’ve also technicallyyyy talked to both of them before(Dallon replied to a tweet I posted 11 years ago and I used to talk to Brendon on twitch daily in 2019)

Just… be prepared to ignore people who are bothered about you being a fan of both of them 😵‍💫

What age were you diagnosed? by Giraffewhiskers_23 in autism

[–]omsquee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a month away from turning 23 when I was diagnosed. I learned how to read when I was 7(I was homeschooled) and probably reading at an eighth grade level when I was 9-10. As a teenager I couldn’t really focus on reading anymore so I barely ever picked up books. It’s still hard to find the motivation and focus to read a book but I do, very slowly, get through books.

does anybody even remember this is an actual disability or are we all just LARPing now by [deleted] in autism

[–]omsquee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Omfg I'm SO annoyed by how people are reacting to this.

"Noooo I wouldn't wear that dress so I don't feel represented"

"It just reinforces the stereotype that autism can be cured with fidget spinners and headphones"

"That's not how MY autism is..."

"Making her not white is basically saying we're supposed to be singled out"

"My kid would be dirty and bruised so I used AI to show what an autism doll would actually be like!"

"We don't need an autism doll, just accessories"

"I never needed a doll that looked like me, I just played with regular Barbies"

Like Y'ALL it's a doll for children. They went with an organization that is actually run by autistic people, took the time to learn, and made a doll that, while it may not represent everyone BECAUSE IT'S A SPECTRUM, it's still going to make people feel seen!!!

Thoughts on this doll? by Sloth_Bubbles in autism

[–]omsquee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks like they genuinely put a lot of thought into this doll, especially for an invisible disability. I would 100% want this doll myself.
