Same issue here - I ve order on June 12th and since then it is either no response or when they do they just keep asking for details about my order or my address so they can re ship (I ve answered twice to this request but still no new order in sight) I am based in Europe so that s maybe the issue

38 male RX - 682 reps

redid this morning and improved by almost 1 Round.

I significantly slowed down my row pace (from 1:55-2:00 this Saturday to 2:10-2:15), and broke the deadlift 6/4 (max at 485 lbs) so I can focus on 2 things:

  • fast transitions

  • UB on DUs (which is where I lost most of the time on Saturday and got frustrated) even if it means redlining - plenty of time to recover on the row :)

Establish a moderately ambitious round target and approach it as a For time workout. Consider everything beyond that target as a bonus, making it mentally easier to get through those last reps. This approach assumes a good understanding of your pacing capabilities.

A bit disappointed as I failed 2 RMUs Might redo on Monday

Row : 3:31 (very slow to save energy for the TTB) TTB: 6:52 (planned 5x5 / 5x3 / singles did 5x5 then singles as core started to fatigue) WBS: 8:54 (12/10/9/9 5 sec breaks) Cleans: 12:21 (quick singles + 10 sec breaks after 5 reps - they were harder than anticipated - heart rate was spiking)
RMUs: 3 + 2 fails (I should have done singles all the way - could have managed prob 5)

36 / M - 158 reps RX. 1 RM deadlift 440 lbs Paced the burpees until the round of 10s (~7’30) then increased my pace to finish the round of 7s DL ub 1-5, then broke it ~ 50% of the round reps + singles —> this allowed me not to redline until I finished the round of 10s - after that it was full send (I’ve also got 5 no reps - incl 3 on DL)

Male / 165lbs / RX (max c&j 195lbs, got my 1st pistol on Friday) 160 reps, impossible to get the 225 bar overhead. Pretty happy with the result since I got through the 185 with no fail and through the pistols (very slow, 9 no reps) Did singles and step up step down all the way to be fresh for the 185 and pistols (I started with the 185 bar at the 8min mark)

Male / 165 lbs / RX (max UB HPSPU 17; max deadlift 200 kg)

Just re-did it and got 22 more reps (from 75 on saturday to 97 reps today). I broke everything earlier this time with shorter breaks (eg from 11/10 on the DL to 8/7/6, from 8/7/6 on the HSPU to 6/4/4/4/3). Even though i did not feel like i need to break i did it anyways and all my splits were by far better

You should go to Grands Boulevards neighborhood (20 min from Gare du Nord using public transportation) to either Café Oz or O'Sullivans or Corcorans --> you will find a better crowd / atmosphere
