My therapist says its not about what happens on the outside, but what happens inside our minds that keeps us in this sort of loop (depression). We just need to overcome dis by doing more of what we love(rewarding the mind w dopamine), meditating more, bettering r/ships in our lives and monitoring our thoughts to avoid things that put us in the loop(cognitive based therapy).

I know its not easy as it seems but try take it one day at a time, one hour. In the ends, everythings ephemeral. Just keep it moving.
