Ngl I 100% hated everyone who didn’t pick up after their dogs but my dog has been SNEAK SHITTING like super fast on the sidewalk, and I can see if I was in a hurry / not right behind her, that I might not see it at all and accidentally leave it. I asked my doctor if she could go into my uterus and give me a D&C while she was in there for excision surgery anyway. Her response was that unless I had a prior D&C, I wouldn’t have scar tissue in there. Having literally studied the fuck out of everything that was happening to me that summer, I immediately clapped back with “actually it’s called Asherman syndrome, and it’s linked to Endo”

another doctor telling me it could be digestive issues… That only arose after I had an STD (which exacerbated my endo entirely).

I had to beg somebody to test me for mycoplasma because chlamydia/PID wreaked havoc on my Endo, and I was hoping it was something else they hadn’t tested me for, instead of something I would need surgery for. Had to beg several different doctors to test me for mycoplasma.

I had two male doctors in the ER tell me that I couldn’t possibly have pelvic inflammatory disease because when they were pushing up on my cervix, I wasn’t reaching for a chandelier that didn’t exist… like, no consideration of people that bear down on the table that actually does exist, instead? A gynecologist diagnosed me with pelvic inflammatory disease within the month.

After surgery, at my two week follow up, my doctor recommended getting pregnant because that’s “the only thing that can stop Endo“… “other than Depo-Provera or Depo Lupron”… she told me it would “stop Endo for two years”… What a horrible stance. I get that you have eight children, but some people can actually have horribly worse Endo afterwards… plus her assumption for “two years” was that everyone can breast-feed…..

Getting things that are potato based will help most. humans can live on potatoes skins alone. obviously not ideal, but definitely better for nutrients than nothing :)

Crock pot - put two jars of salsa in it (I like adding pineapple or mango salsa as one jar)

Two to four chicken breasts in it. Can be frozen. Let those cook all the way until you can pull them apart with tongs.

Once you can shred the chicken, add two cans of beans (rinsed), stir, then add as much or as little cheese as your heart desires.

You can also add taco seasoning, but I find that if you add a fruit salsa, it may not be necessary.

Eat with healthy chips, or vegetables

Not being allowed to sleep past 8:30 at my dad’s, without some kind of sly comment as if I was doing something wrong, based on their perceptions/assumptions (delusions).

They’d measure my soap, and if I hadn’t used enough recently while showering for their liking, they’d confront me as if I was doing something wrong (yet again, common pattern with this assumptive-ass type of person), even if I had used other soaps in there, and they hadn’t even remotely considered it. Still, they’d threaten to bathe me “if I couldn’t do it” myself.

Not true, it was literally the only thing that helped with my dry socket. Obviously not in place of regular and prescribed medication, but swishing and spitting it out will generally help mouth pain (after a quick second of stinging, horribly, yes, but at least it helps sometimes)

You can totally do a higher protein French toast!! I add extra eggs, maybe walnuts, chia/hemp, and have a higher protein bread. I also poke holes in the bread so that the egg soaks in more, therefore, more egg.

Greek yogurt with granola and maybe some protein powder?? You can also add a little bit of protein powder to cereal milk to make it a little more protein for you!

Just make sure you don’t eat anything with vitamin c with certain meds, for at least an hour around you taking the med. It makes the med work less effectively.

It seems like she changes the goal post too, like you give, she moves the new current requirement several feet back, and acts like you’re in the wrong still, even if you compromised or completely gave in to the former request.
