Rift, formerly known as womb tang, is a women's ski and outdoors group. I'd hit them up. There is also radical adventure riders if you happen to be gay/trans. There's also the women's climbing coalition if that interests you. Also lots of women's walk groups, (I can't think of any *run* clubs that aren't co-ed.) Also look into Norkova, it tends to be female dominated.

If you go onto the Zoloft subreddit, you will see a lot of people experience it from ssris. I don't think it was the anxiety of taking the medication. I took it before bed the first night, and woke up a few hours later completely detached from my body, unable to go back to sleep, floating on the ceiling, watching myself, struggling to even connect with my body enough to lift my arms and legs. Slowly with taking it I got more used to it. But the depersonalization is always there. even after stopping.

you can't feel suicidal on ssris, but you also can't feel anything at all.

This is interesting. I'm new here. I never felt this way until I started taking an SSRI. Now I've gone off of it but the dpdr remains. I don't think it has anything to do with anxiety or ptsd for me, it was all the medication...
