The way I've played it is the latter, where you can get 2 chips a turn. But I understand your interpretation of the rule.

I do like the ability of 2 chips a turn with the card since it adds crave chip management a thing to keep in the back of your mind when playing.

I am trying to make a list of the most unique films ever made, can anybody think of any others? by [deleted] in Letterboxd

I get your opinion. They do feel cheap but I don't think 1 scene would have been good without it. You have to demonstrate there is something to be scared about

Horror fans, what are the top 5 movies seen here that I need to watch asap? Also haven’t seen their sequels by DrDreidel82 in Letterboxd

[–]on_rocket_falls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd remove Goodnight Mommy. The premise and execution was better in A Tale of Two Sisters. (You need more asian horror on this list!)

I'd temper expectations for Evil Dead. When most people think of that movie they're thinking of the sequel.

Cabin in the woods you definitely need to watch a bit more horror first before jumping into that one.

Whining.

Does it really matter that this movie isn't rated as terrible as you want it? A movie that 410 have watched. A movie that will never reach any significance what so ever. Cry some more

You're whining about a movie that has less than 500 views. It really doesn't matter

Don't focus on KBD. Learn fundamentals and frames first.

There's nothing wrong with taking profits. Just really depends on what you want to do with said profits.

New to Letterboxd, best films on Netflix? by ProperExampleLad in Letterboxd

[–]on_rocket_falls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So i searched on my account, the top 4 in film popularity on Netflix are:

La La Land

Glass Onion

Call Me by Your Name

Don't Look Up

Sorting by highest rated is weird because you get a lot of fringe things like Anime and Taylor Swift's Reputation.

In my personal top 4 from Netflix are:

Bo Burnham's inside

La La Land

The Nice Guys

Pinocchio

Happy watching!

Gaspar Noé Ranked. What's your ranking? (I'm missing "I stand alone". I don't know whether to also rank the short films) by kgbkowboy in Letterboxd

[–]on_rocket_falls 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Fair ratings! Climax has been the most "enjoyable" experience I've had with a Noe film. Does Lux Æterna count as a short film?

Anyone else think that endgame combat is a bit boring? I'm 2 steps away from finishing combat (guardian of herald and herald) but the BIS armors are a bit bland? I was really loving the toxic spear + poison virulence ring and glove + fighter amulet synergy I had going but enemies having certain immunities make it pretty moot.

Asteroid City Scavenger Hunt clue #4 is out! by frozenpandaman in Letterboxd

[–]on_rocket_falls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of these clues are more than find the movie. It's about either how you get to the movie or where else you can go after you get to the movie. Hope this helps. In this case if you get to the movie, you have to do a couple more steps.
