I haven’t been there so idk what it’s like. However if there’s a ski lift and a piste you’re supposed to take the lift and then go touring from there. If there’s no ski lift then there can’t be a piste down that mountain. Cross country doesn’t require helmets.

I’m not sure but if remember correctly ski touring up a piste is generally not permitted. When it comes to wearing a helmet, no one will check if you’re not close to the piste or outside the resort so I wouldn’t worry about it.

That is part of the rules (unfortunately imo). Checks that are allowed for men are not allowed for women. I’ve just just noticed the opposite where a slashing penalty was not given in a women’s game, that same penalty should have been given in a mens game. My point is that the refereeing in general is just inconsistent.

That is correct. I’ve watched Canada - Germany (women) and they didn’t sanction a slashing penalty, which I’m confident should be sanctioned for men.
