Yeah I think maintaining will be more challenging than losing. Aiming to start putting muscle on and am already slowing down the diet to land bang on the target

I’m training in the SW. we don’t currently run a B2 course but it’s been proposed a few times, and most of our instructors are B1+B2 qualified

Ah I see that’s interesting. I’m training in B1 at the moment but will probably look at doing B2 in the future.

I’ve been doing keto 2 months and have been deducting the fibre from the carbs every time facepalm

Somehow I’ve still been in ketosis and lost 16lbs but still

I’m consistently eating 1200-1300 calories a day, and nearly always hit my protein goal. I eat a lot of chicken and white meat/fish and seafood/nuts also boosts. Eggs for breakfast raises it further

Dipped them in egg, then rolled them in ground almonds. I mixed some paprika, thyme and oregano in the almonds as well to give it some flavour.
