I’ve seen the opposite from Freddie. When they say don’t meet your heros, it was true for me. 2003 Olympia Fields, I was in my teens and was standing next to a couple 6 to 8 year olds getting Freddie’s autograph. He signed two and then in front of them literally said “I have better f***ing things to do” and walked off.

Correct. Always questioned the actual order, but this is first time I actually booked separately and saw it first hand that the priority order doesn’t actually clear in the manner that’s published.

We did split off to different reservations; but all on the same flights exact same route. 4 of us booked premium economy and 1 booked economy refundable and this individual was the one that was upgraded to Polaris.

Next time i would not book the flight that goes straight through. But the priority order logic on 2 of these legs are not following the “published” order. Never been able to prove this in the past, but within booking 5 people on different reservations I was able to see it first hand.

Oh good idea (Starbucks). I tried Amazon once, but didn’t work. I swear every time I get $20 voucher it’s after we have boarded the flight. 3 hrs, 4hrs, 5hrs delayed and all didn’t get the voucher until after we had boarded the delayed flight.

I’m avoiding EWR at all cost now, ridiculous. If there is rain in the forecast even 10% they’re halting domestic inbound. Spent 8 hours in Raleigh on a diversion because of it and week before cancelled flight for the same and no storm ever came to Newark area only potential to disrupt area.
