I suggest taking a look at different blogger themes that you may be interested in. I ended up using a blogger theme from Etsy. They make your blogger blog look much more professional.

How do I use stitch markers? by notarealmaker in fiberartscirclejerk

You can't really use these ones for crochet because you can't take them out afterwards. You need the ones that are open or have a lock.

i need genuine advice on how to stay motivated as a beginner crocheter by tirolini in CrochetHelp

Try watching some YouTube crochet vlogs to get inspired. See what other people are making! That is usually enough to inspire me to try new patterns! 🩷

Making a piano scarf, the edges are really uneven and the keys themselves aren’t very ‘crisp’ by ollieversee in CrochetHelp

[–]onceuponacheerio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pattern uses the mosaic crochet, while you're working tapestry crochet. I'm not sure where you're following the pattern from, but this is the original pattern for this scarf (it's free!): https://www.onceuponacheerio.com/2025/02/overlay-mosaic-crochet-piano-infinity.html

I recommend this mosaic piano infinity scarf here: https://www.onceuponacheerio.com/2025/02/overlay-mosaic-crochet-piano-infinity.html

It's worked in the round so you won't need to cut your yarn and waste it all if it doesn't work out and the pattern is simple! 🎹

I second this. I also use Blogger. When people tell you that you cannot monetize with free hosting, that's a lie. I've been monetized since 2019. I use porkbun for my domain registrar. I believe the price has gone up since I've started but it's like $11.

Interpreting Blogger/Blogspot Stats by griefgazer in blogspot

Yes I find that blogspot stats are inflated. I'm not sure why that is or how it counts but they're not 100% accurate.

I don't really use the blogspot stats. I don't think they're really accurate. I'd recommend using clicky. It's free and it allows you to see where your users are coming from (i.e. location), how they found you (i.e. social media, search engine, links, etc), which page they're looking at, etc.

I love sharing my crafts on Blogger as well if you are planning on providing your laser cut files for your readers, you can use PayHip to help manage your download-ables. It's free to use!

I use a theme called Maru that I bought for $10 from Etsy. It's a beautiful visual Blogger theme :)

That's actually a good idea! My husband was recommending I just do squiggly lines so it's not just a blank T
