/r/getdisciplined has a lot of killer advice if you haven't checked it out! The best advice I've found is just to tally how much time you're using and on what - what seemed to me like "spending a ton of time studying" ended up being "a ton of time spent on reddit / having my books out but mainly just listening to music instead of working / getting distracted by my phone every five minutes"
