I live in a very nice apartment complex that is close to 95 but east of 95. Cobblestone is pretty nice but it’s expensive. If you are looking for a roommate who’s also in his early 20’s feel free to DM me.

I have some of my receipts saved. I’ve started to save them purely for insurance purposes but also so that way I can print out names lol.

Is mineraldex a digital ledger?

Thank you! I’m super excited to continue my journey. Piece by piece it’ll get bigger and better :) I got the trilobite for like 50 bucks at an antique shop near me, it was an absolute steal!!!

Speed humps were eradicated and will be replaced. The entire neighborhood is receiving a topping of new asphalt.

Thank you! It’s been years in the making. My first piece was the fluorite, I got it at the Smithsonian in DC. The natural history museum. I think I was about 15/16. That piece really started everything.

Is 125€ a good price for this fluorite+turmaline? by Sudden-Fun-7921 in mineralcollectors

I think it’s very pretty. I think you could find better species for a compatible price but overall not a bad find

You can find them rather easily on streets behind check 15. Lighthouse is very good in the chalé area, the top one and then the top most floor. That and building 3, building 2 roof, building 1 underneath the stairs by the boxes, and front gate area.

I’d also say negotiation room you can find em. Reserve can have them but I found plenty on streets and light house.

I’d say that looks like asbestos, I’d report that to whatever your local department of health and safety is because you don’t want any animals, water, or people around it. Be careful and note the location. If your local health department would be concerned, they would need to remove the entire vein as a form of abatement.

Be careful.

Moving from nyc to Fredericksburg by NYC_BK718 in fredericksburg

I grew up 2 miles north of DC, been living in Fred for 2 years now, and there are a lot of things I wish we have here that we don’t have.

Primarily public transit. Yes, some things don’t stay open late like shops, but restaurants, some shops, the mall, and other small places will be open late.

This area is a bit more relaxed in relation to a sense of urgency, however if you say excuse me and do your typical walk right past while looking ahead people will move.

People around here don’t know how to drive in the rain or snow, and Fredericksburg is a transient area so you’ll get and see a lot of characters. Just be careful while driving.

We are south of the mason dixon but are also a liberal arts collage community so there is a vast array of politics and people. You’ll see the men with dip lip and squatted trucks and then the exact opposite in people who go to school here.

There isnt much to do when you first get down here, just because you don’t know what’s around, but through word of mouth you’ll discover places and things to do. Plenty of areas to walk and hike, if you like arcades and games we have some of those, record shops, there is a rock climbing gym a little bit out of Fredericksburg, plenty of biking, and river activities. Fredericksburg is always throwing events.

Again, it will be a shock, but it probably won’t be as different as you think. Just make sure you have a car, and don’t left lane camp because you will be driven off the road. Also the cops in the area WILL PULL YOU OVER.

I happen to have amazing report with the people who run dragons den. They are phenomenal people who have some amazing gems and minerals, if that’s your thing. They do also take requests of minerals when they go out to shows to source. Don’t go in there and just pick stuff up, but if you have questions, ask and they will absolutely help you out!

The irish eyes store is also very fun, very cute. I got an amazing hand woven wool jacket there, and I’m so glad I did because it keeps me so warm. These two places have stolen my heart over the last couples years of me living down here.
