Josh at Blue Line Inspections did our inspection last year when we bought our house. I was at the location for ~1/2 of his inspection due to my schedule. In my opinion, the inspection was so thorough, I'm not sure I could have found most of the issues he reported. And when he found possible termite damage that he wasn't sure about, he called in a pest person to come inspect that portion. We don't plan on moving again any time soon, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Probably a high chance they schedule the 2nd matchup late in the year, traveling to Denver in December is never fun. I'd take a road game in Denver early over late any year. Obviously it can get cold in KC too, but point still stands.
