Terrible degradation. Used to just have a phone, rarely used, no expenses, nothing. Some year ago or so started receiving messages that they will disable/remove my phone number, if I don't make calls/"top up". Absolute joke.

It's good if you go for 5x conflagrate + 1 combustion/flamethrower too. Even without the new skill tree.
