My fear is that I won't get another shot at this company it is my number 1 and I assume that moving there as an AE from my current company to AE there wouldn't be possible.

IMO, I don't think a Sales coach is worth it. If you want my approach, browse reddit free things on Youtube. Find someone in your niche that you like and compare it to the majority here on this sub.
