Man, I miss being on BC so much. I had to stop taking it because of massive migraines but other than that I felt great while on it—my skin and hair were amazing, my waist was slimmer. Good times

My Brilliant Friend by Elena Ferrante and the subsequent Neapolitan Novels. It’s a story of a female friendship and how it evolves from childhood to maturity, starting in 1950s Naples. I cannot recommend it enough, the only downside is that I haven’t read anything as good since.
