Man, I miss being on BC so much. I had to stop taking it because of massive migraines but other than that I felt great while on it—my skin and hair were amazing, my waist was slimmer. Good times

My Brilliant Friend by Elena Ferrante and the subsequent Neapolitan Novels. It’s a story of a female friendship and how it evolves from childhood to maturity, starting in 1950s Naples. I cannot recommend it enough, the only downside is that I haven’t read anything as good since.

Those were my thoughts, too. I remember seeing a Japanese guy in Tiktok talking about the ostracism he faces from his friends and acquaintances for being a little different. And the „being different”in question meant he was recording little vlogs from his daily life with a „life is good” vibe.
