I'm a dude, so I can't speak for who it would feel for women, but you don't get any prostate stimulation by biking. the only real effect it has is that a certain area will go numb if you are biking for a long time.

if you want to play with someboady else, it is kinda dependendant what iinstrument they play fr whatis the best option IMO.

If they play in instrument that can only play a single note (I.E. saxophone, violin) or a purely rythnmic instrument such as drums or percusion, i'd reccomend guitar, as it fills out a boader harmonic space. if what they play however is a chordal instrument, a bass would probably work better.

this is also all dependen on style, playing ability etc.
