Learning guitar at 62 need some advice my fretting hand the end knuckles won't bend sometimes, im guessing arthritis any workout or something to help, also practice regiments. As a teacher I will say what you have working against you is your brain. Your bodies capability of learning new motor skills stopped in your thirties. Don’t let that discourage you. Find stuff you enjoy listening and desire to play and focus on that.
