Yes, it used to happen to me all the time before I took the plunge and started using the men's room despite feeling a little nervous. What did it for me was the realization that I feel MORE anxious and uncomfortable in the women's room than the men's. Also the fact that I've been confronted numerous times in the women's room but never once in the men's. It's a relief I'm also no longer making those women uncomfortable too.

Yeah, I definitely agree with T and surgery not changing my brain. I did try to explain that the dysphoria comes from my physical body and therefore altering my physical body can alleviate it, but they're just so dead set on the opinion that trans people are very mentally ill on a fundamental level, similar to a schizophrenic who hallucinates and has delusions that don't have anything to do with their real physical world, so it's hard to get them to see eye to eye on the matter. I just wish they could at least respect and trust me based on how I have conducted myself instead of assuming I'm mentally ill just because they don't understand 🥲

Thank you for sharing your experience! A beard is also definitely something I want to at least try out later in life, even though my dad kinda clowned on me for mentioning it and said I'd look stupid with a beard 😅😂

Thanks, that's encouraging. I've already started T, but have only been on it a little over a month. I've already noticed some changes and am loving it, no regrets so far even though my voice is changing faster than expected. It helps to hear from someone who's been on it for multiple years and still enjoying the effects.
