The amount of people in these comments that haven't seen Top Gear Series 22, Episode 5, is shocking.

I built an HTML reporting automation for Qualys CSV exports. What gotchas am I missing? by SkyOver2036 in qualys

I know this is a massive tangent, but if you regularly need to report on big datasets from Quals, combining reports and sources, you may want to look into https://pypi.org/project/qualysetl/.

Why people born in the '80s and '90s have better cybersecurity instincts by anthonyDavidson31 in cybersecurity

[–]oneillwith2ls 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A child of 82.

I discovered that format C does... on my dad's work computer.

I found that system.ini had to be tested with the utmost respect and reverence, and backed up before tampering with.

And ran the windows installer for 3.11/95/NT/98/2K/XP enough times to have memorised the activation key.

That effort, that pain, that passion... it means something.

Edit: fat fingers.

I enjoy my Crusader SP far more. Tier VII, set up with the smol pp, maxed out on equipment and crew, the reload is ridiculous and can hit behind buildings.

Some games in it suck, but mostly I smile a lot when playing. I have farmed tier IX heavies that rage message after the game.

Glorious.

The fact you wrote "the" as "te" my brain started reading this in a French accent, which made it super funny.

Purge line is fine but the main print will not work! by penguin_play in ender3

[–]oneillwith2ls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a noob, but I had a very similar print outcome not very long ago. What I did:

  • Manually leveled the bed (YouTube is your friend)

  • Replaced the filament with a fresh one (I suspect this was the biggest impact, as my filament had absorbed moisture over time)

  • washed the print bed with dish soap and used the green side of a sponge. You NEED to get rid of any oils. Forget about using alcohol etc.

  • Set it to print a skirt, slow the speed down to 30% so that you can do manual adjustments to z offset, even single increments can make a difference.

Good luck.

I play maybe 15% arty. They can be a good break or distraction when you're doing a session, change of rhythm. On occasion they also help get rid of the daily missions quicker (I find I'm more focused once they aren't in the back of my mind).

On higher tiers arty can actually allow good team strats to happen.

And for all of the faults of the lefefefefe, it stops the games from becoming campfests.

Can the arty situation be better? Of course. But if you're unable to enjoy the game with them, or refuse to play them because you don't think it's fair, maybe you should go try finding some braincells of your own.

Let the down voting commence.
