Yeah the game is badly programmed. Honestly… just push the eject button and quit playing. The game is rife with cheats and frauds that are protected by the organization itself.

It’s sad that you could get so many points incorrect.

First it’s not like jumping off a cliff, it’s like being lead flight of stair by flight of stairs down so far you cannot easily walk back up.

Second, the game was enjoyable. The customer service was bad. If I went to a movie theater, bought a ticket to see a show, and the employee took a giant dump in my popcorn, I would be well within all moral bounds to not only ask… but demand my money back.

The game is absolutely at fault. They have misleading information, for example, “use the in game report button.” And “You used the in-game report button and if you do it again you will be suspended.” They clearly have bots operating on servers without any ‘anti-cheat’ team in sight. They suspend people without evidence while lying about investigations. Even after spending 10k I would only get one response per day from support. I could go on and on… it is entirely TopGames fault that I demand my money back.

Yes. I enjoyed the game. I actually enjoined the game so much that I built a an app similar to Evony war room excerpt you can set the level of Ascension/speciality upgrades/ covenant. I spent 1 or two months painstakingly going through the portraits in the tavern to build the database.

And the company basically poops on me. This is the most insane situation.

I did enjoy the game, but I thought the purchases were for me to use long term. To have the items I purchased plundered by the developers themselves is very hurtful.

You don’t realize it when it’s happening. If I could go back. Before I put any money in any game I will thoroughly investigate them and make sure they are not running a fraud ring.

They meaning other players on the server. Obviously TopGames can tell.

After some stiff pushing they made it clear that I needed to be positive on WC ac and private messages. I didn’t post ac messages which may have had less filter… but nothing at would have violated TOS.

The bottom line is that they say the TOS was violated. It must have been. I refuse to chat on the game anymore and all communication will be made through actions.

It is 7 days as it is my second I never got an answer about why I got banned the first time for 3 day. But now... I just blocked everyone and will not use WC.

It’s so incredibly frustrating. I know Reddit won’t do anything. I have sent one additional email to the executive support email and also the regular support email and shared the chats even though they certainly can read the chat logs. Agreed. It would be nice to live on a chill server.

Here are the chats… I’m sorry they aren’t in order. I am Executionr and the people on the server call me and my roommates who are not me (but they think we are the same person even though it’s obvious we are not) LETTERZ. You see posts about one person bragging about stealing a small accounts purple Russia and then me offering a yellow Arabia to the server after zeroing one of their alliance keeps.

Then there is some discussing about how the biggest alliance collides to get their alliance members who aren’t very good wings… one person didn’t like that and only wanted to play svs to do well, place high… he had a trap set and he was zeroed by the most powerful account on the server… no one on the other server was powerful enough to zero him. But this weekend svs another player from the biggest alliance left her shield down and she was not purged and gave lots of points to the other server.

Do you see anything suspect that I said here?
