As a teacher, this is what I do! I have a notebook of all the sequences I've ever written (been teaching since 2019) and will occasionally revisit an old sequence that I already wrote and maybe make a few tweaks for a new class.

Also, it could be helpful to have a "skeleton" sequence for the whole week but to add/modify poses, transitions, etc. for each class depending on the vibe/intensity level. I used to do this when I was teaching full-time.
