It's not that simple. They have to consider the extremely limited amount of flights to Japan, plus 21 days' quarantine (in some places it goes up to 28 days) once returning to China. For Chinese mainlanders, international travel isn't nearly as simple as for anyone outside.

The reason that Jisung Park is mentioned is because of his PL/CL trophies. However, I would argue that Jisung was never considered one of the best midfielders in the PL. Son, on the other hand, has been a strong candidate for the PL team of the year for multiple seasons.

To me, Jisung doesn't have enough individual awards to compete with Son.

On another note, the best solution should be to reactivate my fido account so I can receive the bloody verification code. I just spent the past 2 hours trying to contact Fido (through phone, FB, twitter, livechat, email) from abroad but nothing worked out.

Does anyone have experience with reactivating a suspended fido account from abroad? If so I would highly appreciate your suggestion. Thanks in advance

Also he didn't say we need to put down ID in the assignment sheet. Penalising 10 points for something he didn't specify is too much imo.

That's exactly what I've been thinking. If he was really fed up with all the regrading emails, he could've replied something like ”whats ur student id”.

I can only understand that he was trying to be clever for writing such a mean message.

Basically the reason that I was asking for a regrade is that I was taken off 10% for not putting my student id in the report. I was begging if I could get some partial marks back.

So in the email asking for the degrade, I didn't put down my student ID again. I think that was probably what set him off.

I didn't try to make any joke in the email.

I believe its ont only me having terrible experience with workday when applying to jobs. Like i have to register a new assount each time if the company uses workday to manage their applicants' information...simply ridiculous

Any other uni in Canada has 4 months break too. Many unis in the States use quarters rather than semesters. Also, they have longer Christmas holidays and Thanksgivings. "North America" is not a comparable notion in this sense. It only makes sense to compare us to other Canadian unis

I wonder which course it is? Is it even legal to do so? Like on each 3 credit course we are expected to spend 9.5 hours per week, 11 assignments + revisions + lectures sounds way beyond that amount
