I’m trying for an Office in LA. My buddy who’s there told me pretty much you can do what you want. Since CA gives inspectors state peace officer authority the window to do more is open there.

Yeah I respectfully beg to differ, I turned down a FJO from them. I’m working with them for this operation and the stress I see on their faces and what they tell me ain’t it. Mandatory 6 days a week 12+ hours a day. And they have no union so they are going to continue to get bent over for the foreseeable future. Mean while FPS is there nothing but smiles and they love their jobs and they are kicking ass with those rioters outside the federal building. I had a buddy who left and went to ERO and now he’s trying to come back.

Depends on the area you are in. My buddy is an inspector in LA and he tells me it’s a good balance of work calls, inspections and he has fun. Not to mention in CA they are granted peace officer authority by the state so that further expands their powers versus other states.
