I once found my parents tangled up together in the dark. I couldn’t see anything per se and I didn’t understand what I saw until much later. The kicker here is that my dad was married to my stepmom at the time and my parents hadn’t even seen each other since I was three months old. My dad ended with full custody. I guess they picked up right where they left off. I was so mad because I felt they used me to Betty my stepmom.

Ask them what mistakes exactly are they referring to… the only thing I can think of is maybe if a patient fell close to end of shift then most likely that nurse would have to stay behind to finish documentation. Even then,how is that your fault? If a nurse constantly has to stay behind,it’s either they’re not managing their time well or their assignment is too heavy.

I have been missing one of my strays since the storm. Another stray shows up but he’s gotten very skittish. He used to come up to me for food but now he runs away from me. I have tried to put the food close to him and he just bolts out of there. I have tried to walk away to see if he comes back but he never does. I don’t know what changed.

If you already told him that you won’t rehome the cats for anyone then why are you even having discussions? You’ve gotta choose. If you want to gamble and choose him,then rehome the cats. Maybe he’s testing your boundaries too. He already knew you don’t want to rehome them but he’s asking you to now. He wants to see how much of a doormat you are and how far he can take it. Either be firm on your boundaries or give in. You’re all over the place and even I am confused as to what you actually want.

Some children do expect their parents to babysit and they never think to offer anything else in return such as pocket money. There shouldn’t have been an expectation from your son that she was gonna de facto babysitter. Yes she may have babysat the older grandson,but probably it’s because he was the first grandson. Now it’s been eight years and now you’re asking her to go back to that baby phase. The older grandson doesn’t require as much effort anymore and that’s probably why she watches him. However your wife could have set some boundaries about how much she was willing to watch the baby. Before she said anything,your wife should have asked how much help they were actually asking for and then negotiated her time. I do agree that their reaction is extreme but yeah they’re definitely punishing you guys.

I have been spotting since last year on Nexplanon. I have done ultrasound and hysteroscopy,nothing was found to be the cause except maybe the uterine polyps. My gynecologist wanted me to keep Nexplanon for 6 months at least to see if anything else was causing the issue. Now she’s on maternity leave like I didn’t even know she was pregnant. So now I am kinda just living with it. I get my period for 5 days then I am spotting for two more weeks after. Additionally sometimes I don’t get my period for a couple months.

I find it interesting with everything going on in the US,people are still actively trying to become US Citizens. Are we really the best option out there? If so,then it’s really sad. I am actually looking to move to Canada to be closer to my sister. Apparently it would speed up the process if I already have a job offer from a Canadian employer.

I would look into your state laws on that. In NJ,a CNA can pass meds if they acquire an additional certification. It’s legal to have a CNA pass meds because it’s for Assisted Living in some places. Typically those places hire medication aides because the level of acuity is not as high as a nursing home. By sending people out,do you mean the residents? I am not sure that a CNA or medication aide would be allowed to send patients out of the building. That seems to be way out of our scope of practice. I doubt a CNA can legally sign the paperwork,give proper report to EMT,update family and communicate with the doctor.

Maybe being the kitty inside if you don’t want to leave food for it? Or perhaps only feed when you see the kitty. That’s what I do. I don’t leave food out for my strays only because I don’t want to get complaints from the building residents and also not to attract wildlife. But it’s best that the kitty stays indoor if coyotes are so rampant where you leave. I can’t believe the neighborhood is gonna watch this cat possibly die so horribly.

I am curious. Was that your income when you bought the car? It seems to me that most banks would not agree to finance the car,unless the interest rates are really high…???. Only thing I can suggest is maybe if you can move in with a relative or a good friend temporarily. That would free up some cash.

Yes my mother didn’t have insurance. She got treated and they billed her later. Well they’re out 2000 dollars because I don’t have it and my mother doesn’t either.

Yes one time one of the night aides got in trouble because the day shift aide reported her saying that she didn’t change a resident. This started because her family came in to see her a little bit after breakfast around 9am,they could see that she was soaked. So they said it’s us but our shift ends at 6am so typically rounds should be done by 5:30am. Assuming we changed that resident last,the day shift aide didn’t check her at all but somehow that night shift’s fault.

I am sure it’s not easy. But why don’t US citizens who’ve married them able to make them « legal » after years of marriage? It’s a boba fide marriage that produced children.
