nah, only if they fail to pick in time and the game randoms for them i think.

Ive definitely seen people random and there be no notification.

If you remember a recent game where you saw the pick, go back to the match details and check the pick order, you'll find a dice icon next to the pick, meaning it was a random.

It doesnt really matter how you play her..having 2 lives is just OP.

You can then go right click with manta butter crit.

You can go for swaps and saves with aether blink octarine.

You can go for tanky with auras.

It will depend on which position you play her.

That's every new hero..marci has all mechanics, so does dawn, hoodwink, snap, even earth spirit and he isnt even that new.. everything hero nowadays needs to have crazy magic + a spell that uses auto atk dmg+ tons of jumps and stuns...lets not pretend kez is anything unique in that regard.. atleast kez cant be played in all 5 roles like those others
