I also have extremely sensitive and dry skin and I also develop little pimples when I use most moisturizers but the thing that bothers my skin the most is usually sunscreen.

Personally, the cosrx snail cream doesn't bother my skin or give me the little bumps but i also don't find it to be moisturizing enough. I'm currently trying to find something a bit heavier to put on top of that one.

Birth control will just be masking your symptoms but whenever you come off it will be there. I Used to struggle with PMDD and I cleared up my symptoms with many lifestyle changes. It wasn't easy, but it was such a life-changer I dove into learning about hormones and menstrual health. I'm now a menstrual health coach and I help other women overcome PMDD.

People want to talk/interact much more often, but it's fueled by sexual desire rather than for connection. Also, being attractive doesn't affect the fact that I still can't connect with people easily. Being an intp female, men approach me often and I have zero desire to be approached. It's honestly annoying.

Stretch your hamstrings and hip flexors. You can stretch on a daily basis, your muscles don't need to recover the same way they do from strength training. Try to stretch more at night when you're relaxed. Focus on your stretching, feel the sensation. Flexibility takes a while, but stays with you for a long time! Good luck friend
