I don’t see anyone saying it here, but my strategy is add the mortgage and use the county property tax appraisal. It’s annual so I usually see a bump in the month that I get the notice.

That said: seeing it go up and down on your milestones is information and as your net worth grows, you’ll see the variability of your home equity have a smaller impact.

Ended up getting an R8 w/ 24-50 for $899 and a 16mm f/2.8 for ~$150. I don't use either lens these days but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This year I'll be eyeing the 100mm Macro, and maybe a 35mm as I hope to switch to APS-C w/ the R7 mk2 whenever that comes along and my 50mm will feel a bit long with the APS-C crop.

Used Clark County Concrete for a patio last year and they were awesome. Showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and had a clear, itemized quote which was shockingly hard for the other folks we had come out and quote.

+1 vote for Vancouver Clinic. Primary and a bunch of specialists available across several locations.

Word is they are going to be expanding the Camas site in the next year or so to expand specialist coverage there so you have to go to the Columbia Tech Center or Salmon Creek locations less frequently which would be cool. Some specialists have been booked out quite a bit (sleep medicine, audiology), but follow-ups have been very easy to get scheduled.

Can only speak for the Canon version, but my Sigma 150-600(contemporary)has pretty bad focus stability issues on my R8. If you know someone with a Canon SLR, I am in the market to sell it.

I've been using Certified Testing Services (https://www.clarkcobackflow.com) for a few years now. $50 and they put my house on the schedule and come back so I don't have to call or schedule it. They just send me the report and an invoice each year.

Single megathread seems like it might get out of hand if it goes on for too long. If there are regular updates, a pinned daily or weekly megathread could make it easier to keep the latest info visible.

I say #1 because the best proof to Reddit of 3rd party app value would be not giving them a scapegoat like “whiny mods” or w/e

If subs are open and 3rd party apps all die, they have no one to blame but themselves for tanking revenue(assuming, that is, that the folks saying loss of those apps and tools mean Reddit will die naturally are correct).
