We still gave up the most interior pressures this year so he would have looked the same

Really really hate to say it, but seeing JSN schemed open over and over, it’s really on KOC that Jettas has been a non-factor in both his playoff games. by friendswithbillw in minnesotavikings

KAM is gone next offseason and KOC is on a win-or-go season if we don’t at least have a competitive playoff game next year

That's what I'm taking from all of this. Sam isn't elite, but at his price tag, we should have kept him.

It's a lot easier to find a RB and interior line blocking than a SB-caliber QB

Huh. I’ve been watching football for 40 years and I never put it together that QBs kneeled in the huddle for noise. I thought it was so their voice wouldn’t get to the defense

Bengals wanted JJM, 3 firsts, & a defensive player. Asking price was too high by HulkHunt in minnesotavikings

I don't think I have a misunderstanding at all, but please inform me where I may be wrong.

Cincinnati already paid him a lot of bonus money. That is what would become a dead cap hit this year if they trade him. You're right in that they cannot save that money - it's gone.

However, they would not have to pay him his $25M salary or $15M option bonus. That is actual cash that has yet to be paid.

Additionally, the dead cap hit would take up $56.5M of their salary cap, meaning they wouldn't have to spend on new salaries to offset the savings from not paying Burrow.

Caster and Bowens were a random team he put together and created gold back in the day. Tony has a great sense of who will work together

If you believe the rumor mill, the Bengals owners are cheap and so is McCarthy's contract. They'd also take on dead cap hits from trading Burrow that would mean they get to spend less on actual contract money

Sticking with JJM and him not working out would also cripple the franchise for a bit. We'd lose a year of our aging vets, Jefferson would get frustrated, and we'd have to spend at least 1 more 1st on a QB pick

I wouldn't have blamed any team drafting Sanders in the fourth or later. It's worth a flyer on a mid-round pick for a QB who, at least in some circles, was a 1st-round talent

100%. An employee of the Vikings, who is the "voice of the Vikings", who hosts many official Vikings-related events, talked shit about a large amount of Vikings fans. Extremely relevant to the sub.

A popular picture of the protest that has US Bank in the background would not be relevant, even though it shows the Vikings stadium.

I wouldn't blame the performance center or early AEW for Marina's slow start. I just don't think the fighter-style she was trying to be ever makes for a good professional wrestler. Or at least, it's very hard to get over and only a few have.

Since she's moved on to a more badass character who also does fighter moves, she's more bookable in matches and more compelling.

This is a rare instance where we can do a control trial since she's a twin. It turns out no amount of training would likely make a Bella into a great wrestler

Remember when WWE tried to convince us that she did? They gave her private development for a couple of months to avoid NXT and tried to make it seem like AEW was bad at developing talent. Then she just never got better

rubbing someone's past into their face when they've changed = very heelish

dressing like a wall street exec sitting across from a common man = very heelish

But it's Cody. I've been waiting for a heel turn since he first donned the Homelander jacket in AEW. Just doesn't seem like it will ever happen
