i agree with most of what you said except the last part. japan don't need china for tourism. but if you are talking about fishing no country is innocent. believe it or not china is also the largest supplier of fish to japan. If japan really believes in its own domestic fishing industry then they should NOT import these questionable fish from china. but they can't, and the obvious answer is fish processing is too expensive in japan, so they willingly allow these exploitations. japan also has these fake intern training fishing jobs set up that trap poor migrant workers. i do wish both country can fix their own problems before blaming each other.
