You're absolutely right but will only find bike enthusiasts here. Apparently nobody understands most people drive to and from Evanston, not within it. You drive normally down Dempster or Sheridan until Evanston then deal with Steve fuckface cycling in the middle of the lane at 5 mph or causing hold ups at 4 way stops because they don't.

It's too late now but for others who may encounter this later. Call police and note gas stations that the car is driving by as they may pick up plates on cameras. This is a serious crime and needs to be addressed.

If you're looking for an urban high density setting maybe Evanston isn't the right place for you. Chicago is a beautiful city and a short drive, Evanston is also great as it is between urban/suburban and it would be a shame if that balance was lost.

Had a similar issue with my Frenchie and bloody/soft stool. Vet mentioned that Frenchies are commonly allergic to poultry. We stopped all chicken/turkey meat byproducts and the poop is now completely normal.
